Registering for one of our trail rides
implies accepting the general and special conditions and terms specified
below.
Registration
• Registration
forms must be accompanied by a down payment of 30% of the full price of the
holiday.
Payment is to be made by cheque made
out to: EARL le Barthas,
and sent to the following address:

• The outstanding amount must be paid 30 days prior to the
start of the ride, without requiring any further reminder
from us.
However, if you register less than a
month before the ride begins, we request you to pay the full amount
in one instalment.
Confirmation
Your registration will be confirmed
by return mail along with an invoice that states the deadline for paying
the outstanding amount plus a file containing information about the
trail ride.
Fees
For all trail rides, prices cover the
stay as of the initial assembly point to the point of departure at
the end of the ride.
Fees cover : accommodation
and full board, trail supervision, loan of equipment, transportation
of luggage, organisation
and logistic costs (on-site transportation.)
Fees do not cover :
personal expenditure, drinks other than those proposed or optional
items (mentioned where
available) such as single room, tour of sites not included on
the programme).
Pick-up and departure
Transfers are provided only from the
train station located closest to the
assembly point.
In all other cases, please contact
us so that we can provide
you with all the necessary information on how to get to the
assembly point.
Insurance and licence
In compliance with legal requirements,
the centre is insured for professional legal liability (with Groupama.
Holder: 05062422 w, contract No. 1012)
Riders must however have individual legal liability coverage in connection with risks attached to horse riding.
Cancellations
If for any reason whatsoever you have
to cancel your holiday, amounts you have already paid to us will
be refunded to you less the deductions set out below :
If the
cancellation is made
- more than 30 days before the start of the ride :
a flat fee of 50€ retained,
- between 29 and 8 days before the start of the ride:
50% of the full fee for the holiday retained,
- less than 8 days before the start of the ride: 70%
of the full fee for the holiday retained.
If you fail to turn up at the assembly
point on the starting date or leave before the ride ends, there will
be no refund.
Decisions to cancel rides either because
the minimum number of participants has not been reached or in the event
of force majeure will be taken by us with 21 days advance notice as
set out by law and you will be offered:
- Either an alternative ride,
- Or the full refund of any amount already paid.
Change in holiday
At 30 days or less from the start of
the ride, any change is deemed tantamount to a cancellation.
Liability
We reserve the right, in the event of
circumstances that could jeopardise the safety of the group, to alter
the route or certain items on the programme.
