years.

Daphnée Vincent – Equestrian
Tourism Guide
« As a qualified Equestrian
Tourism Guide, I have been organising and supervising trail rides
for more than 10 years. My keen interest for travel toegther with
good knowledge of English and Spanish have opened up a broad variety
of horizons to me. But the authenticity of South West France was
what finally drew me the most. These are the lands I am inviting
you to discover in my company at the tempo of our horses.» |

Both will share with you their fascination
with horses, their knowledge of the land and its specialties, their skill
in horsemanship.
On the first day, your guide will tell you
about the programme, show you the horses and remind you of the basic rules
of safety and regard for the horses and nature. Because Les Chevauchées
du Barthas is a small business, a customised relationship can be established
where your needs will be lent a friendly ear. Finally, your guide is there
to clear up all your concerns and make sure that everything is just right
so that you make the best of your stay.

Food and accommodation
We have been careful to choose excellent accommodation
and catering in a remarkable environment. Furthermore, a back-up vehicle
will follow the ride taking your luggage from one leg to the next and dealing
with the ride’s practical requirements.

Horse riding skills and fitness
The technical details for each trail ride
specify the required level of horse riding skill and recommended degree of
fitness.
